If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item is unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The item is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Some items are non-returnable, such as:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
If your item falls under one of these categories, it will not be eligible for a return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

4. Exchanges
